This is the README file for Encode::Newlines, a module for normalizing
line ending sequences.  It requires Perl version 5.7.3 or later.

* Installation

Encode::Newlines uses the standard perl module install process:

cpansign -v		# optional; see SIGNATURE for details
perl Makefile.PL
make			# or 'nmake' on Win32; see notes below
make test
make install
enc2xs -C	        # optional; updates Encode.pm's on-demand loading DB
