Video-Xine version 0.17

This is an interface to the xine-lib library. It can be used to create
a Perl-controlled instance of Xine. 

Xine is a multimedia playback system. You can find more information
about it at http://www.xine-project.org/.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Build.PL
   ./Build
   ./Build test
   ./Build install

If you would like the tests to actually show video, set the environment variable VIDEO_XINE_SHOW to 1, like so:

   VIDEO_XINE_SHOW=1 ./Build test
