Kwiki-Formatter-Note

Will add syntax to add a note to a Kwiki. A note is a block-level structure so
it needs to be on it's own line. To use simply do:

Note: A really important note.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

%> kwiki -install Kwiki::Formatter::Note
