This is so incredibly alpha, it isn't funny.

set this up just like the README -- except, use port 5105

in services:
mtalkd		5101/tcp			# mtalk
mtalkfd		5105/tcp			# full-rate mtalk

in inetd.conf:
mtalkd	stream	tcp	nowait	root	/etc/inet/mtalkd mtalkd
mtalkfd stream	tcp	nowait	root	/etc/inet/mtalkfd mtalkfd

a quick, sloppy, dirty hack -- after cleaning it up, maybe
